Overview
The project consisted of 4 purpose built ‘age-friendly’ homes, in a mix of one & two bed single storey units, with associated external works, built around a communal courtyard, along with new access road and parking.
The site was located on a tract of land at the Proudstown Road in Navan Co Meath, which was previously the site of a single dwelling. The works included for careful site clearance, demolishing and rebuilding sections of neighboring party walls, and connection of services onto a busy main road.
