The project delivered 49 residential units at Arranmore, off Church Road in Killiney, which are oriented to maximise solar gain and respond to contours on the site.

The project is laid out in five blocks, consisting of 32 Apartments, 9 houses and 8 duplexes, along with a basement carpark. The development provides both public and private communal amenity spaces, with a variety of play spaces provided for various age ranges which are openly accessible.

An enabling works package included demolition of 3no. existing dwellings on the site, disposal of asbestos containing materials, and removal of redundant services on site.
