Overview
The scope of works included for the demolition of an existing 3 storey residential building, and construction of a modern assisted living residence, located in Rathmines, Dublin 6.
The new building provides 10 assisted living residences, each with bedroom, ensuite and study/ desk area. The communal areas of the building provide for dining, living, kitchen, meeting rooms, and areas for socialising.
The site works provided new paths & parking area, a raised private terrace with platform lift and new site enclosures.
The siteworks also included for the formation of a new vehicular entrance off Charleville Road.
