Overview
The project comprises the refurbishment, re-configuration and extension of the existing Regional Sports Centre building with works at both ground and first floor levels with works carried out in four phases.
The project includes new changing facilities, a new gymnasium, new cardio room, new administration areas, changes to the entrance and social areas, associated wc facilities and external works.
