Overview
This project consisted of a Restaurant and retail fit-out within the newly constructed extension of Malahide Castle. The fit-out comprised of a cafe/self-service restaurant with a full commercial kitchen, prep areas and associated dining areas. There is also a food hall and retail area including associated back-of-house storage, administration area and wash room facilities.
The fit-out also incorporated an outdoor dinning area with associated feature canopies and paving.
