The Barry’s Gym project delivered a 5,080 sq ft, fully furnished, state-of-the-art fitness facility spread across the ground and lower ground floors at 13/17 Dawson Street in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Delivered from a grey box condition, the project encompassed a complete high-end fit-out tailored to the brand’s premium standards.
Key features of the development include a bespoke reception area, dynamic workout studio, male and female changing rooms, and dedicated plant and storage areas. The works also involved significant structural interventions to accommodate a new passenger lift and an architectural steel staircase, enhancing both accessibility and visual impact. High-spec finishes were applied throughout to reflect the Barry’s brand ethos of quality, performance, and design excellence.
