Overview
‘Belcamp’ is a new residential development off the Malahide Road in Dublin 17. The new development will deliver approx. 3,500 high-quality homes on the grounds of the historic 18th century Belcamp House.
The first phases of Belcamp delivers 138no three and four-bed houses in terrace and semi-detached units, which are all NZEB compliant. The site developments works includes a new tree lined avenue, together with a new linear park and woodland area along the river Mayne, and landscaped lakes.
The initial development also includes road widening works with signalised junction to the existing Malahide Road.
