Overview
Clongriffin is a new and developing urban area in Dublin City North Fringe Area. The overall development on a 133-acre site will ultimately deliver over 3,000 residences and almost 80,000m2 of commercial, retail, social and leisure support facilities including the Town Centre and main boulevard.
The Belltree development area was commenced in 2015, with Belltree, Belltree Park, Park Terrace South and Belltree Green comprise 332 mainly three and four-bedroom houses in two and three-storey streetscapes, now complete. High-quality brickwork facades and high-performance glazing is used extensively, and the houses are finished to very high standards of quality and performance.
