Overview
This project is a Part V scheme for DCC/The Iveagh Trust in the new urban area of Clongriffin in north Dublin.
The development comprises 74 apartment and 12 duplex units, built around a central courtyard with surface/undercroft car parking, and podium garden area. The elevations are generally a mixture of brickwork and self-coloured render, with zinc cladding to the top floor units.
