Overview

This project comprised the construction of a mainly residential development with some commercial content in three phases as follows:

• 250 Residential Units (Houses, Duplexes and Apartments)
• Creche
• Commercial Community Facility
• Offices
• 2 No. Retail Units

MMP were also involved in the negotiation of further phases of units to satisfy Part V with the Local Authority.

Client: Carrickmines Manor Ltd.

Services: Full Quantity Surveying Services from planning stage to project completion.

Scale: 250 Residential Units plus Creche, Commercial Community Facility, Offices, and 2 Retail Units.
