Overview
Eden NW2 is a large mixed-use residential development in Cricklewood, North London, comprising 95 Build-to-Rent apartments, over 2,000 sq.m of retail accommodation and a basement providing 117 car parking spaces. The development has a Gross Internal Floor Area (GIFA) of 15,746 sq.m and forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the area.
MMP provided Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services throughout the delivery of the project, supporting the commercial management of a complex residential-led development from pre-construction through to completion.
The scheme incorporates one, two and three-bedroom apartments, resident amenity facilities and landscaped communal areas above a double-height retail unit, delivering a high-quality mixed-use development within an established London neighbourhood.
