The ‘Woodside’ scheme at Enniskerry Road, Stepaside, Co. Dublin consists of 155 units, providing 105 social units, with the balance of 50 units delivering the first purpose built Cost Rental homes in Ireland.

The project includes three individual, linear, apartment buildings of 4/5 storeys in height, each complete with semi-basement carpark. In addition, two blocks of terraced housing deliver a mix of two & three storey houses, and two-bed duplex units with one & two  bed apartments.

The scheme includes a creche unit & community facility, with a substantial area of the site developed as a public parkland.

Funded by the Housing Finance Agency, Enniskerry Road will be operated by Tuath and Respond Housing Agency.
