Overview
This Public Works project successfully delivered 84 high-quality social housing units, fostering a vibrant and sustainable community. The development comprises a diverse mix of ten houses, 58 apartment units across two blocks, and 16 own-door duplexes, catering to a range of housing needs.
The project includes essential infrastructure such as completion/ upgrade works to the distributor road, a new vehicular entrance, an internal road network, footpaths, parking, and public lighting to ensure accessibility and safety. Additional works involved drainage, utility services, retaining structures, a watercourse exclusion wall, and a pump station to support long-term site sustainability.
Designed with community and environmental considerations in mind, the development features extensive landscaping, communal open spaces, and strategic site development to accommodate the natural slope of the land. This well-planned residential scheme enhances the surrounding area while providing much-needed social housing in a thoughtfully integrated setting.
