Overview
The project was located on the second and third floors of 63 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, and consisted of stripping out of all existing wall, floor and ceiling finishes, to receive re-decoration.
A full refurbishment was undertaken of the WC and shower areas, new kitchen / lounge area, new office and meeting areas.
All works took place on the second and third floors of a protected building.
