Overview
This project consisted of upgrading of the malls, public areas and administration centre of a busy city-centre shopping centre carried out in a phased manner over a two year period utilising shift work and out of hours construction whilst keeping the centre open for business as usual during the entire upgrading; procurement through negotiated fixed price management contracting solution
