Overview
The Knockrabo multi-unit development comprises 69 high-quality apartments over single-storey basement, with associated siteworks/landscaping.
Built on the site of Mountanville House, the apartments are in four separate five-storey blocks separated by landscaped podium areas. The project successfully managed the challenges of a steeply sloping site, and working within a live estate environment.
