Overview
This project involves the accumulation of several small land parcels in the heart of Dublin, demolition of existing commercial properties, and the construction of a new 7 storey contemporary style hotel with 300 bedrooms, over a 2 storey basement.
The hotel also includes extensive bar and restaurant areas, along with meeting rooms and an external courtyard to the rear providing outdoor dining. On the upper levels the hotel rooms have been arranged in a loop around a central landscaped atrium. MMP have provided full QS services on this project.
