Construction of the largest hospital in the Midlands of Ireland. MRHT provides acute care services including a 24 hour emergency department, Medical & Surgical & Children’s Wards, Operating Department, Radiology, Physical Medicine, Pharmacy, Pathology, Outpatients, Oncology, Renal Dialysis, ICU, HSSD, Catering & Ambulance Base.
MRHT currently accommodates 195 inpatient beds, which includes medical beds, surgical beds, elective theatres, trauma theatre 24/7 and day surgery operating through a day hospital.
Tullamore hospital is the regional centre for Haematology, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Otolaryngology and Nephrology.
