Overview
The project included the refurbishment and fit-out of the existing Portarlington Public Library, with a change of use of the adjoining Courthouse section of the building to public Library, to form a new enlarged civic building.
The tight site was located in a built-up area which required careful consideration, particularly for construction of the new public paths and carparking areas.
