Overview

The new three-storey Radiology Clinic extension will expand the existing hospital’s capacity with modern radiology suites, education facilities, staff amenities, and storage space, all seamlessly connected to the existing Clinic and Outpatient Facility opened in 2022.

The new extension has been carefully designed to balance functionality, sustainability, and safety. The basement level provides storage along with staff shower and changing facilities, while the ground floor accommodates a new reception area, two X-ray rooms, an ultrasound suite, and associated offices. On the first floor, office and study space is delivered, with flexibility for future development. In line with modern sustainability goals, the building features rooftop PV panels, efficient plant equipment, and a subterranean attenuation system to manage stormwater. For enhanced safety and accessibility, the project includes an external fire escape staircase and seamless integration with existing hospital infrastructure.

This purpose-built facility has been designed to expand NOHC’s diagnostic and clinical capabilities in line with the hospital’s Masterplan.
