MMP were appointed as Monitoring Surveyors for the development of 155no residential units comprising, 48no mews houses, 54no terrace houses and 53no apartments, plus a creche.
Robswall is an elevated sloping site with views over the adjacent coastline of Malahide, which presented significant challenges in relation to retaining walls, steps in units, and compliance with Part M accesses requirements.
