Overview
The first phase of development at the National Enterprise Park in Portlaoise delivered 32 light industrial units in two blocks. The units are constructed of steel portal frame, with Kingspan roof and wall cladding, with stone textured blockwork at lower levels.
The individual units each provide an open plan workshop with high eaves and vehicle entrance, a ground floor front office, and a large open plan office on first floor with kitchenette facility.
Extensive site works provided carparking facilities, and stone clad boundary wall with railings.
MMP also provided Quantity Surveying services on the site infrastructure works for the serviced sites which forms the National Enterprise Park.
