Overview
The project was located in the western corner of the grounds of the Stanhope Street Convent off Manor Street in Dublin 7.
The project consisted of constructing a new three storey primary school building delivering 23 general classrooms, 1 special needs classroom, 1 general purpose room, 1 library with resource room, 1 staff room, administrative offices, and all associated external works including site enclosures, road and footpath redevelopment works, safe pedestrian access, car parking, hard play areas, site services & landscaping.
The project required careful consideration and planning, from early design stages due to the tight site and access limitations.
