Overview
The Reserve at Killashee is a high-end country retreat, set on 4.5 acres beside the Killashee Hotel.
The project involved a complete refurbishment of the former Bower Guesthouse to create a modern, private getaway with nine ensuite bedrooms, including one accessible suite. Interior upgrades and reconfiguration of layouts delivered a new dining room with private bar, a lounge with electric fireplace, a meeting room with smart TV, and direct access to a large patio and BBQ area. There are minor façade modifications to the fenestration on the north, west and east elevations, with addition of new roof lights and door openings.
A new wellness zone was also added in the garden, featuring a gym, treatment pod, sauna, hot tub, yoga deck, and outdoor lounge.
