Overview

This was complex project comprised the refurbishment of 50 existing local authority housing units, the demolition of 9 existing houses and the completion of 21 new houses and a Community Centre.

The adaption and extension of the existing drains and live services to the new estate layout, and complete upgrade of all roads, footpaths and boundary walls, while the estate remained occupied was challenging but ultimately successfully delivered.
