The first phase of the development included the construction of a new school building over two stories, with a PE Hall, built around an internal courtyard, external store and ESB substation. Phase 1 also included the demolition of an existing sports hall, and sections of the existing school building.

Phase 2 of the works involved demolition of the main school Building, and construction of new parking and access routes, site services, new ball courts, boundary enclosures and general landscaping.
