Overview
The project comprises the fitout of Enterprise House, an existing office building built to LEED Gold standard, to provide Grade A office and support space for Zurich Life Assurance.
The works include interventions into the existing Category A completions, finishes, and mechanical and electrical installation to complete the Category B Tenant Fit-out Works.
The fit-out works will provide an open plan office environment with meeting & training rooms, collaboration areas, canteen facilities, collaboration areas, and ancillary spaces such as storage, plant room, staff showers & support areas.
