James joined MMP in 2015 and became Associate Director in 2025. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail, he is committed to delivering exceptional value across all quantity surveying functions, from cost estimating and planning to procurement, valuations, and final accounts. With advanced training in modern digital tools like CUBIT 5D BIM, he brings strong technical expertise to each project. Additionally, as a certified Construction Life Cycle Assessment Specialist, he conducts detailed lifecycle assessments and whole-life carbon studies, helping to drive sustainable and efficient project outcomes.
