Overview
This was a mixed use development in North Dublin which forms the centre of a new town and urban area. MMP were cost advisers and carried out investment appraisal and value engineering for our Client. The project comprised approximately 140,000m2 of development over a large basement carpark and formed a civic square and transport hub. The development mixture comprised:
- Retail Stores/Shopping 20,000m2
- Offices and Commercial 25,000m2
- Medical Centre 8,000m2
- Hotel 7,000m2
- Residential 75,000m2
- Leisure Facilities 5,000m2
The construction budget cost was approximately €280 million (at the time of estimate).
