Overview
The project consists of 19 new social units, in a mix of one and two storey houses, with associated external works.
The site works consisted of site clearance, new access road, works to existing Cherry Court Road, boundary walls and new services including drainage, attenuation tank, culvert works, electrical, electrical diversion, communications, gasmain and watermain, with connections to the main services on Cherry Court Road.
