Overview
This project included the refurbishment and extension of the iconic Clerys Building on O’ Connell Street in Dublin.
The development includes large elements of demolition around the protected Clerys building, and the delivery of new retail, office, hotel and leisure facilities, along with an impressive glass rooftop extension.
Conservation works included the restoration of iconic features on the Clery’s building, including the colonnaded façade, internal staircases, columns and ceilings and the famous clock.
The project has achieved LEED Platinum certification.
