The development incorporates a change of use from Office Space to Co-Living Shared Accommodation, with construction of a three additional floors, resulting in a seven-storey building with roof top plant. The existing floor area of 2,540m2 is increased by 2,008m2 to provide a total development of 4,548m2.
The project delivers 110nr individual units varying in size, with shared kitchen, dining and living communal facilities on each floor level. In addition, on the ground floor, there is a reception, gymnasium, residents lounge, launderette and accessible WC.
The ground floor layout also incorporates a coffee serving kiosk facing onto the adjoining footpath. To the rear of the building, the existing car park is converted into refuse and bicycle storage.
