Overview
Corballis Hall comprises approx. 1,853 sq.m. (20,000 sq.ft.) of grade A office accommodation.
The project required the demolition of an existing structure on the site, and underpinning of an existing neighboring property.
The new construction consists of a four story office building over split levels to accommodate site falls, with underground basement parking. The building facade consists mainly of stone and copper color cladding, with glazed curtain walling windows. The works include mechanical, electrical and lift installations, fitted furniture and a full CAT A fit-out of the office floor plates.
The development also includes a new on site treatment system and ancillary drainage works with new footpath, vehicular access from the Old Airport Road and all associated ancillary works.
