Overview
This project consisted of a high quality retail fit-out of approximately 54,000 sq ft for the new Dunnes Stores in Dundrum which offers a range of homewares and clothing.
The existing retail unit was located on the second floor of Dundrum Town Centre, with staff and storage space at basement level, and required a full Strip-out of the existing floor, wall and ceiling finishes, fittings, inventory etc, back to a grey box.
New works included a full fit out of sales floor to Dunnes Stores specification and refurbishment and alterations to existing back of house areas.
