Overview
The ‘Diswellstown Manor’ project comprises the development of 118 new residential units on the grounds of a period dwelling, Diswellstown House, Dublin 15.
The project included 112no new build units of mainly two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The project also included the conversion of 6 ancillary buildings including Outhouse, Stable, and a Glasshouse, into new family homes.
The scope of works to the existing Diswellstown House mainly comprised works to the existing roof and fabric of the building, with interior refurbishment of the building, and a new extension. The house extends over 780 square metres and is a building of immense character.
