The project comprises a mixed use development at Millers Glen, Oldtown, in Swords Co. Dublin, along with a new public civic space, ‘Millers Square’ .
The 28 Apartments are a Part V scheme for The Iveagh Trust, and are delivered in two neighboring blocks. The elevations are generally a mixture of brickwork and self-coloured render, with stone cladding to the commercial units.
The development includes a large commercial unit, along with 3 separate retail units & a Creche facility delivered to shell & core.
