Overview
‘The Mayson’, a new boutique hotel located at 81-82 North Wall Quay in Dublin’s dockland area.
MMP provided due diligence/project monitoring role for the project, which involved demolition of an existing warehouse building and retention of the existing protected structure and façade.
The completed building consists of 2 basement levels and 6 stories above which accommodates the hotel reception and a bar, 94 bedrooms and suites, fitness centre, and a penthouse restaurant.
