Overview
Located within the Millers Glen development of Oldtown, Phase 1 of the Swords Regional Park delivers a new:
- Clubhouse and changing room facilities (GIFA approx. 276m2)
- Regional Park with playground, and river walk
- Full size GAA pitch, complete with ball nets
The works are developed as part of the Oldtown-Mooretown Local Area Plan to satisfy the open space requirements on the neighboring developments.
