Overview
This Life Science project for VLE Therapeutics delivered GMP Manufacturing facility to the 2nd floor of a live office environment for the development and clinical manufacture of the latest immunotherapies biotherapeutics, advanced therapeutics and vaccines.
The project required early coordination of the MEP services and plant to ensure the restricted head height with the existing building achieved all GMP regulations for the project. The project also included upgrade of existing First Aid and Locker Room.
MMP were engaged as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and PSDP services on this facility, delivering a world class manufacturing infrastructure, and a first-in-class digital architecture for GMP clinical drug substance manufacture.
