The project comprises the construction of a new office/retail building at Dundrum Town Centre, Co. Dublin. The development, which is a mixed-use retail and office building is constructed over an existing three-storey underground car park (Levels G, 1 and 1M) and has an existing two levels of car parking located behind the new retail units which face Sandyford Road at Levels 2 and 2M. The retail units are serviced from a centrally located service yard accessed via New Street off the Sandyford Road which is connected to three individual goods lifts which are strategically placed to serve all of the retail units at Levels 2, 2M, 3 and 4. Above the retails units, 3 and 2 storeys of high specification office space are located at Levels 5, 6 and 7 with two individual entrance halls servicing the offices on the upper levels of Buildings 3 and 4.
