The site is located at in Rathmines, Dublin 6, and comprises the former Gulistan Depot, a bring Centre and a defunct ESB premises.
MMP completed a number of feasibility studies for Clúid Housing Association Ltd on the integrated redevelopment of the Gulistan Depot lands, which plan to deliver approx. 150 Cost Rental/ Age Friendly Apartment Units, the renovation of an existing stone building for community use, and the creation of a new landscaped public square.
